Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Ya Sin. 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 you are truly among the Messengers, 3 On a Straight Way. 4 the sending down of the All-mighty, the All-wise, 5 That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware. 6 Certainly the word has proved true of most of them, so they do not believe. 7 Surely We have put on their necks fetters up to the chin, so their heads are raised; 8 And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up; so that they cannot see. 9 And it is the same for them, whether you warn them or do not warn them – they will not believe. 10 You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward. 11 We shall surely raise the dead to life and We record what they did and the traces of their deeds that they have left behind. We have encompassed that in a Clear Book. 12
