۞ Muster those who did evil, their wives, and that they were serving, 22 Instead of Allah, and lead them to the path to hell; 23 Stop them. They must be questioned." 24 What is the matter with you that you do not help each other? 25 In fact, on that day they will be submissive. 26 They will turn to each other saying, 27 "It was you who tried to mislead us from righteousness". 28 They will reply: "Nay, ye yourselves had no Faith! 29 We had no authority over you, but you were an insolent nation. 30 Thus, the words of Our Lord about us have come true and now we are suffering the torment. 31 Therefore we perverted you, and we ourselves were perverts.' 32 So verily on that Day they all in the torment will be sharers. 33 As such We shall deal with the evildoers. 34 For when it was said unto them, There is no Allah save Allah, they were scornful 35 And were saying, "Are we to leave our gods for a mad poet?" 36 Nay, but he brought the Truth, and he confirmed those sent (before him). 37 Most surely you will taste the painful punishment. 38 And ye shall be required not except for that which ye have been doing; 39 Not so, however, God's true servants: 40 shall have a known provision -- 41 Fruits, and they shall be highly honored, 42 (They will live) in the bountiful gardens, 43 Facing one another on thrones. 44 A drink will be passed round among them from a flowing spring: 45 White and delicious to the drinkers; 46 there is neither sickness in it, nor intoxication. 47 And besides them will be chaste women, restraining their glances, with big eyes (of wonder and beauty). 48 Like sheltered eggs in a nest. 49 Then they will turn to one another and question one another. 50 Said one of the speakers: "I had a friend 51 who used to ask, 'Do you really believe that 52 When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be recompensed?" 53 He will say: -- Do you wish to know where he is now?' 54 He looked down and saw (his friend) in the midst of Hell. 55 He shall say: By Allah! you had almost caused me to perish; 56 Had it not been for the grace of my Lord I too would have been there (in Hell). 57 Is it then that we are not going to die, 58 except our first death, and shall we not be punished' 59 This will indeed be great happiness. 60 For the like of this then let the workers work. 61 Is this better or the tree of Zaqqum 62 We have made this tree a trial for the wrong-doers. 63 It is a tree that comes forth in the root of Hell; 64 Its fruit like the heads of demons. 65 They will eat and fill their bellies with it, 66 then on top of it they have a brew of boiling water, 67 Then surely their return is towards hell. 68 Truly they found their fathers on the wrong Path; 69 So they in their footsteps are rushing. 70 And verily most of the men of old went astray before them, 71 and We sent among them warners; 72 See how those who were warned met their end! 73 Except the chosen slaves of Allah (faithful, obedient, and true believers of Islamic Monotheism). 74

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
