And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 And showed them the right path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
