Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Almighty, the All-Forgiving!" 66 Say: 'This is a mighty message 67 "From which you turn away! 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 It is revealed unto me only that I may be a plain warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: “Verily I am creating a human being from clay. 71 “So when I have perfected him and breathed into him a spirit from Myself, (you all) fall down before him in prostration.” 72 So all the angels prostrated, every one, without exception. 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 He said, “Therefore exit from heaven, for you have been outcast.” (To disrespect the Prophets – peace and blessings be upon them – is blasphemy.) 77 and My curse shall remain upon you till the Day of Resurrection.” 78 (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised." 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 Till the appointed day." 81 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all 82 Except Thy servants from among them, the purified ones. 83 He said: The Truth is, and the Truth I speak, 84 That I will most certainly fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all. 85 Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious 86 This [divine writ,] behold, is no less than a reminder to all the worlds — 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
