Say: I am only a warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all): 65 Lord of the heavens and earth, and of what between them is, the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.' 66 Say: "This is a momentous message, 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 it has only been revealed to me that I am a plain warner." 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 [Allah] said, "O Iblees, what prevented you from prostrating to that which I created with My hands? Were you arrogant [then], or were you [already] among the haughty?" 75 Said he, 'I am better than he; Thou createdst me of fire, and him Thou createdst of clay.' 76 He said: “Get out of here; surely you are accursed, 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 He said: my Lord! respite me till the Day whereon they are raised up. 79 (Allah) said: "Respite then is granted thee- 80 till the Day whose Hour I know.” 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 and you shall surely know its tiding after a while.' 88
