Did you not see those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah? Where are they being diverted? 69 they who give the lie to this divine writ and [thus] to all [the messages] with which We sent forth Our apostles [of old]? But in time they will come to know [how blind they have been: they will know it on Judgment Day,] 70 When the yokes (shall be) round their necks, and the chains; they shall be dragged along- 71 and are dragged into burning despair, and in the end become fuel for the fire [of hell]. 72 Then it will be said unto them: where are those whom ye have been associating? 73 Besides Allah? They shall say: They are gone away from us, nay, we used not to call upon anything before. Thus does Allah confound the unbelievers. 74 that is because you exulted in the land without justification and because you behaved insolently. 75 Enter [now] the gates of hell, therein to abide: and how vile an abode for all who are given to false pride!" 76 So be patient, surely the promise of Allah is true. So should We make you see part of what We threaten them with, or should We cause you to die, to Us shall they be returned. 77 And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad SAW); of some of them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story, and it was not given to any Messenger that he should bring a sign except by the Leave of Allah. So, when comes the Commandment of Allah, the matter will be decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will then be lost. 78
