Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 Like the churning of boiling water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 then pour boiling water over his head as chastisement. 48 "Taste it," (they will be told). "You were indeed the mighty and noble! 49 Lo! this is that whereof ye used to doubt. 50 As to the Righteous (they will be) in a position of Security, 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Attired in silk and brocade, they shall be arrayed face to face. 53 Thus shall it be: and We shall espouse them to fair, wide-eyed maidens. 54 While resting in security, they shall call for all kinds of fruit. 55 They will never taste death therein except the first death (of this world), and He will save them from the torment of the blazing Fire, 56 As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement! 57 And We have made it easy in thy language; they might haply be admonished. 58 So be watchful, they too are watching. 59
