Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 (It will be said) "Seize him and drag him into the midst of blazing Fire, 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 In that [paradise] they shall [rightfully] claim all the fruits [of their past deeds,] resting in security; 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 Wait then; they too are waiting. 59
