Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By Qaf and the glorious Quran, (you are the Messenger of God). 1 But they wonder that there has come to them a Warner from among themselves. So the Unbelievers say: "This is a wonderful thing! 2 What! when we are dead and have become dust? That is afar (from probable) return. 3 We know what the earth diminishes of them; with Us is a book recording. 4 Nay, they rejected the truth when it came to them, so they are (now) in a state of confusion. 5 What, have they not beheld heaven above them, how We have built it, and decked it out fair, and it has no cracks? 6 and We have spread out the earth, and have set upon it firm mountains, and have caused it to bring out plants of all beauteous kinds? 7 as a lesson and reminder for every human being who turns to God; 8 And We send down blessed water (rain) from the sky, then We produce therewith gardens and grain (every kind of harvests) that are reaped. 9 And tall (and stately) palm-trees, with shoots of fruit-stalks, piled one over another;- 10 a provision for the servants, and thereby We revived a land that was dead. Even so is the coming forth. 11 The folk of Noah denied (the truth) before them, and (so did) the dwellers at Ar-Rass and (the tribe of) Thamud, 12 And 'Ad, and Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and the brethren of Lout (Lot), 13 dwellers of the forest, and the people of Tubba had all rejected the Prophets. Thus, they became subject to Our torment. 14 Were We then worn out by the first creation? Yet they are in doubt about a new creation. 15
