Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Qaf; by oath of the Glorious Qur’an. 1 Aye! they marvel that there hath come unto them a warner from among themselves; so the infidels Say: this is a thing wondrous! 2 "When we are dead and have become dust (shall we be resurrected?) That is a far return." 3 We know all that the earth takes away of them, and a Book of Records is with Us. 4 Nay, but they have denied the truth when it came unto them, therefor they are now in troubled case. 5 Have they not looked at the sky above them, how We have fashioned and adorned it, and it has no flaw? 6 And the earth - We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind, 7 As instruction and reminder to every penitent creature. 8 and We have sent down from the sky blessed water with which We have brought forth gardens and grain to be harvested, 9 and tall palm-trees with clusters of dates 10 A sustenance for the servants, and We give life thereby to a dead land; thus is the rising. 11 Before them, the nation of Noah, the nation of ArRass belied and so did Thamood 12 And the tribe of 'Ad, and Pharaoh, and the brethren of Lot, 13 dwellers of the forest, and the people of Tubba had all rejected the Prophets. Thus, they became subject to Our torment. 14 Were We then fatigued with the first creation? Yet are they in doubt with regard to a new creation. 15
