3/4 Hizb 52
< random >
And assuredly We have created man and We know whatsoever his soul whispereth unto him, and We are nigher unto him than his jugular vein. 16 Moreover, there are two scribes, one each sitting on the right and the left, recording everything. 17 He uttereth no word but there is with him an observer ready. 18 And the hardship of death came with the truth; “This is what you were escaping from!” 19 And the Trumpet will be blown, that will be the Day whereof warning (had been given) (i.e. the Day of Resurrection). 20 And every human being will come forward with [his erstwhile] inner urges and [his] conscious mind, 21 You were heedless of this. Now We have removed your veil and so your vision today is sharp. 22 And his Companion will say: "Here is (his Record) ready with me!" 23 (They will be told,) "Throw into hell every persistent disbelievers, 24 who is an opponent of good, a suspicious transgressor 25 who has set up another god besides God: cast him into severe punishment" -- 26 ۞ and his associate [Satan] will say, "Lord, I did not make him transgress, he had already gone far astray himself." 27 He saith: Contend not in My presence, when I had already proffered unto you the warning. 28 The sentence that cometh from Me cannot be changed, and I am in no wise a tyrant unto the slaves. 29
