And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I seek no livelihood from them, nor do I ask that they should feed Me. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 Woe then to the unbelievers for their Day which they were promised! 60
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
