With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We! 48 And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah). 49 So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy Islamic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day which they are promised. 60
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
