We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
