Prostration
< random >
Have you considered he who turns his back, 33 And he gave a little, then refrained? 34 What! Has he knowledge of the Unseen so that he can see? 35 Or hath he not had news of what is in the books of Moses 36 And of Ibrahim, who was most obedient? 37 That no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another- 38 That a man receives but only that for which he strives; 39 And that his effort will be seen. 40 Thereafter he shall be recompensed therefor with the fullest recompense. 41 And that to your Lord (Allah) is the End (Return of everything). 42 It is He who causes laughter and weeping. 43 And that it is He Who causeth to die and causeth to live. 44 And that He creates the two mates - the male and female - 45 of a sperm-drop, when it was cast forth, 46 and that He will bring about the Second Creation; 47 and that it is He who gives wealth and riches, 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He destroyed the former 'A-ad. 50 And that Thamud! He left not. 51 and that He it is Who destroyed the people of Noah before for they were much given to iniquity and transgression. 52 And He overthrew the Cities of the Plain, 53 So they were covered with whatever covered them? 54 Then which of the favors of your Lord do you doubt? 55 This is a Warner, of the (series of) Warners of old! 56 that [Last Hour] which is so near draws ever nearer, 57 apart from God none can disclose it. 58 Do you then find these tidings strange? 59 And you laugh and do not weep 60 And ye are behaving proudly. 61 Therefore prostrate for Allah, and worship Him. (Command of Prostration # 12) ۩ 62
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
