Hast thou considered him who turns his back 33 who gave a little, and then stopped? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Or, has he not been informed of what is in the scriptures of Musa? 36 and about Abraham who fulfilled his duty (to God)? 37 that no bearer of burdens shall be made to bear another's burden; 38 And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives 39 He will certainly see the result of his labor 40 then he shall be recompensed for it with the fullest recompense, 41 And that the end is only towards your Lord? 42 that it is He who brings laughter and tears; 43 and that it is He who causes to die, and causes to live 44 That He did create in pairs,- male and female, 45 From a drop of semen when emitted; 46 And that He hath ordained the second bringing forth; 47 and that it is He who gives riches and causes to hoard, 48 That He is the Lord of Sirius; 49 That it was He who destroyed the 'Ad of old, 50 And Thamud (people). He spared none of them. 51 And the folk of Noah aforetime, Lo! they were more unjust and more rebellious; 52 And that it is He Who threw down the upturned townships? 53 So that (ruins unknown) have covered them up. 54 About which of the bounties of your Lord can they persistently dispute? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 that [Last Hour] which is so near draws ever nearer, 57 Of it, [from those] besides Allah, there is no remover. 58 Then at this statement do you wonder? 59 And do you laugh instead of weeping, 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 Therefore prostrate for Allah, and worship Him.
