And (remember) when Allah said: "O 'Iesa (Jesus)! I will take you and raise you to Myself and clear you [of the forged statement that 'Iesa (Jesus) is Allah's son] of those who disbelieve, and I will make those who follow you (Monotheists, who worship none but Allah) superior to those who disbelieve [in the Oneness of Allah, or disbelieve in some of His Messengers, e.g. Muhammad SAW, 'Iesa (Jesus), Musa (Moses), etc., or in His Holy Books, e.g. the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Quran] till the Day of Resurrection. Then you will return to Me and I will judge between you in the matters in which you used to dispute." 55 "As to those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe torment in this world and in the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers." 56 But those who believe and do good deeds shall be given their recompense in full; but God does not love the unjust. 57 This which We recite to you is a revelation and a wise reminder. 58 Truly, the likeness of Jesus, in God's sight, is as Adam's likeness; He created him of dust, then said He unto him, 'Be,' and he was. 59 This is the truth from your Lord, so do not be in doubt. 60 Therefore say to those who dispute with you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) concerning Eisa after the knowledge has come to you, “Come! Let us summon our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves – then pray humbly, thereby casting the curse of Allah upon the liars!” (The Christians did not accept this challenge.) 61 This is the true account: There is no god except Allah; and Allah-He is indeed the Exalted in Power, the Wise. 62 But if they turn back, then surely Allah knows the mischief-makers. 63
