BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 49 In both of them are two fountains flowing. 50 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 51 Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 They shall recline on couches lined with brocade, and within reach shall hang the fruits of the two Gardens. 54 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 55 In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni - 56 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 57 (In beauty) like the jacynth and the coral-stone. 58 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 59 Should the reward of goodness be aught else but goodness? -- 60 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 61 And besides those two will be yet two [other] gardens 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Both inclining to blackness. 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 In these there will also be two springs gushing forth. 66 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 67 With fruits in them, and dates and pomegranates -- 68 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 69 Therein will be damsels agreeable and beauteous. 70 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 71 Houris cloistered in pavilions -- 72 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 73 Untouched before them by man or jinni - 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 75 They will be reclining on plain green and beautifully printed cushions 76 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 77 Most Auspicious is the name of your Lord, the Most Majestic and the Most Honourable. 78
