Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 in a hidden Book 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Would you say that this statement is a lie? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 happiness [awaits him in the life to come,] and inner fulfillment, and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 This is indeed an utmost certainty. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
