۞ No! I swear by the positions of the stars – 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds! 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 But if he [the dying person] is one of those brought near to God, 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
