۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if one happens to be of those who have attained to righteousness, 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
