▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 This is indeed the indubitable truth. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
