Indeed, for the righteous with their Lord are the Gardens of Pleasure. 34 What, shall We make those who are submissive like the wrongdoers? 35 What has happened to you? How do you judge? 36 Or, have you a Book from which you study 37 surely in it you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or have you received from Us an agreement confirmed by an oath extending to the day of resurrection that you shall surely have what you demand? 39 Ask them which of them will vouch for that, 40 Or have they other gods? Then let them bring their other gods if they are truthful 41 On the day when there shall be a severe affliction, and they shall be called upon to make obeisance, but they shall not be able, 42 humbled shall be their eyes, and abasement shall overspread them, for they had been summoned to bow themselves while they were whole. 43 So leave Me and him who rejects this announcement; We will overtake them by degrees, from whence they perceive not: 44 Yet I will give them respite: Surely My plan is compact. 45 Or is it that you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) ask any fee from them, so they are burdened with the penalty? 46 Do they possess the knowledge of the unseen which confirms the truthfulness of their belief? 47 Then be patient for the decision of your Lord, [O Muhammad], and be not like the companion of the fish when he called out while he was distressed. 48 and who cried (for help) to his Lord, while imprisoned and helpless inside the fish. Had it not been for a favor from his Lord, he would have been left out in the open, deserving blame for his shortcomings. 49 And his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 Hence, [be patient,] even though they who are bent on denying the truth would all but kill thee with their eyes whenever they hear this reminder, and [though] they say: "[As for Muhammad,] behold, most surely he is a madman!" 51 But it is nothing less than a Message to all the worlds. 52
