Indeed for the pious, with their Lord, are Gardens of Serenity. 34 Should We treat those who submit and obey in the same way as those who are culpable? 35 What is the matter with you? How judge you? 36 Or have ye a scripture wherein ye learn 37 Surely therein you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or have We sworn a covenant with you which We are bound to keep till the Day of Resurrection, (a covenant requiring that whatever you ordain for yourselves shall be yours)? 39 Ask them, who among them is a guarantor for it? 40 Or have they other partners [besides God]? Let them bring forth their other partners, if what they say be true. 41 (Remember) the Day when the Shin shall be laid bare (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) and they shall be called to prostrate (to Allah), but they (hypocrites) shall not be able to do so, 42 humbled shall be their eyes, and abasement shall overspread them, for they had been summoned to bow themselves while they were whole. 43 Leave those who reject the Quran to Me and I shall lead them step by step to destruction, without their being aware of it. 44 I am giving them a respite. Great is My scheme! 45 Or askest thou them for a wage, and so they are weighed down with debt? 46 Or [do they think] that the hidden reality [of all that exists] is within their grasp, so that [in time] they can write it down? 47 So wait with patience for the judgement of your Lord, and do not be like (Jonah) of the fish who called (to his Lord) when he was choked with anger. 48 If not that a favor from his Lord overtook him, he would have been thrown onto the naked shore while he was censured. 49 Then his Lord chose him and placed him among the upright. 50 And the Unbelievers would almost trip thee up with their eyes when they hear the Message; and they say: "Surely he is possessed!" 51 While it is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 52
