But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and none of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
