But no; I swear by what you see, 38 And that which ye see not. 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), proclaim the purity of your Lord, the Greatest. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
