Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by that which ye see. 38 And what ye see not, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And verily We! We know that some among you are beliers thereof. 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
