But what is the matter with the unbelievers who are hurrying towards you 36 In crowds, right and left? 37 Does every one of them hope to enter [by this means] a garden of bliss? 38 No! Indeed, We have created them from that which they know. 39 I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We have the power 40 To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun. 41 Therefore leave them alone to go on with the false discourses and to sport until they come face to face with that day of theirs with which they are threatened; 42 the Day on which they will hastily come forth from their graves, as though they were hurrying on to the altars of their deities. 43 Eyes lowered, shame attending. That is the day they have been promised! 44
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej). Sent down in Mecca after Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah) before The News (Al-Naba')
