So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad], 36 on the right and on the left in groups? 37 Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure? 38 No! Indeed, We have created them from that which they know. 39 Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly- 40 to substitute a better than they; We shall not be outstripped. 41 So leave them to engage in vain talk and to amuse themselves until they come face to face with the Day which they are promised, 42 The day when they come forth from the graves in haste, as racing to a goal, 43 Downcast shall be their looks; abjectness shall overspread them. Such is the Day which they are promised. 44
