No, by the moon! 32 by the retreating night, 33 And the daybreak when it shines; 34 hell is certainly the greatest calamity. 35 As a warning to humanity - 36 To any of you that chooses to press forward, or to follow behind;- 37 Every soul, for what it has earned, will be retained 38 Except the companions of the right, 39 in Gardens they will question 40 about the sinners. 41 [And asking them], "What put you into Saqar?" 42 They will say: we have not been of those who prayed. 43 nor did we feed the destitute. 44 "And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allah hated) with vain talkers. 45 “And used to deny the Day of Justice.” 46 until death approached us". 47 So the intercession of intercessors shall not avail them. 48 So what is the matter with them that they turn away from the advice? 49 as if they were startled asses 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 In fact every one of them wants to be given open books (like the prophets). 52 By no means! But they fear not the Hereafter, 53 By no means! Verily this Qur'an is an admonition. 54 So whosoever will may heed. 55 No one will seek guidance unless God wills it. He alone is worthy of being feared and He is the Source of Forgiveness. 56
