O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him]. 102 And hold fast to the Bond of Allah, together, and do not scatter. Remember the Favor of Allah bestowed upon you when you were enemies, and how He united your hearts, so that by His Favor you became brothers. And how He saved you from the Pit of Fire when you were on the brink of it. And so Allah makes plain to you His verses, in order that you will be guided. 103 And there may spring from you a nation who invite to goodness, and enjoin right conduct and forbid indecency. Such are they who are successful. 104 And be ye not as those who separated and disputed after the clear proofs had come unto them. For such there is an awful doom, 105 On the Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) when some faces will become white and some faces will become black; as for those whose faces will become black (to them will be said): "Did you reject Faith after accepting it? Then taste the torment (in Hell) for rejecting Faith." 106 And as for those whose faces have been whitened, in the mercy of Allah they dwell for ever. 107 These are the signs of God We recite to thee in truth, and God desires not any injustice to living beings. 108 His is all that the heavens and the earth contain. To God shall all things return. 109
