Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Will surely have Paradise for abode. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
