The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
When the sun is folded up, 1 when the stars shall scatter away, 2 And when the mountains are driven. 3 And when full-term she-camels are neglected 4 The wild beasts stampede on the run, 5 and when the seas are set on fire, 6 And when the souls are paired. 7 And when the girl-child who was buried alive is asked. 8 for what sin she was slain, 9 when the records of men's deeds are laid open, 10 And when the sky is stripped away 11 And when Hell-fire shall be kindled to fierce ablaze. 12 when Paradise shall be brought nigh, 13 [then] each soul shall know what it has put forward. 14 I swear by the receding stars. 15 The planets withdrawing into themselves, 16 by the night when it approaches 17 and the first breath of morning. 18 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is a word [conveyed by] a noble messenger 19 with strength endowed, secure with Him who in almightiness is enthroned 20 obeyed by (all creatures) and faithful to His trust. 21 Your companion is not possessed; 22 he truly beheld [the angel - beheld] him on the clear horizon; 23 And this Prophet is not miserly upon the hidden. (Allah gave the knowledge of the hidden to the Holy Prophet – peace and blessings be upon him.) 24 And the Qur'an is not the word of a devil, expelled [from the heavens]. 25 So whither do you stray? 26 Verily this is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds: 27 for whosoever of you would go straight, 28 And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds. 29

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
