The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ruin is for the defrauders. (Those who measure less.) 1 who demand of other people full measure for themselves, 2 but when they measure or weigh for others, they reduce! 3 What! Do they not expect that they will be raised? 4 on a great day 5 when mankind will stand before the Lord of the Universe? 6 No indeed; the Book of the libertines is in Sijjin; 7 And what can make you know what is sijjeen? 8 The record is a sealed text. 9 Ah the woe that day for those who deny, 10 Who deny the Day of Recompense. 11 None denies it but the sinful transgressors. 12 When Our Verses (of the Quran) are recited to him he says: "Tales of the ancients!" 13 Not at all but rather their earnings have heaped rust upon their hearts. 14 Nay! most surely they shall on that day be debarred from their Lord. 15 Then they will indeed burn in Hell. 16 It will then be said, “This is what you used to deny.” 17 But, the Book of the righteous is in the 'Illiyoon. 18 Ah, what will convey unto thee what 'Illiyin is! - 19 A book inscribed, 20 witnessed by those who are near (to Allah). 21 Most surely the righteous shall be in bliss, 22 upon couches gazing; 23 You will recognize in their faces the radiance of pleasure. 24 They will be given to drink of pure wine, sealed. 25 whose seal is musk -- so after that let the strivers strive -- 26 And mixed with water of Tasnim, 27 A spring whence those brought near (to Allah) drink. 28 The wicked used to laugh at the believers -- 29 and whenever they pass by them, they wink at one another [derisively]; 30 And when they went back to their people turned to make fun of them; 31 and when they saw them, they said [scornfully], "These men have surely gone astray," 32 No one has appointed them to watch over the believers. 33 So this day it is the believers who laugh at the disbelievers. 34 while reclining on couches and reviewing (the bounties given to them). 35 Have those who deny the truth [not] been paid back for their deeds? 36
True are the words of God the Almighty.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
