The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the sky with its constellations, 1 and [then bethink thyself of] the promised Day, 2 By the witness and the witnessed! 3 (Self-)destroyed were the owners of the ditch 4 the fire abounding in fuel, 5 when they were seated around it 6 And they witnessed what they were doing against the believers (i.e. burning them). 7 whom they hate for no other reason than that they believe in God, the Almighty, the One to whom all praise is due, 8 God to whom belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and God is Witness over everything. 9 Those who persecute (or draw into temptation) the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire. 10 Verily, those who believe and do righteous good deeds, for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise). That is the great success. 11 The vengeance of God is terribly severe. 12 Indeed it is He Who initiates and redoes. 13 And He is the Forgiving, and the Loving. 14 Lord of the Throne, the All-glorious, 15 Effecter of what He intends. 16 Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts 17 Of the Fir'awn and the Thamud? 18 Nay, but those who disbelieve live in denial 19 Whereas Allah is, from behind them, Encompassing. 20 Nay, this is a Glorious Qur'an, 21 inscribed on a well-guarded Tablet. 22

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
