The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
CONSIDER the sky full of great constellations, 1 And by the Promised Day. 2 by the Witness and the witnessed, 3 may the people be condemned those who tortured (the believers) in ditches 4 The people of the fuelled blazing fire. 5 Lo! [With glee do] they contemplate that [fire,] 6 And they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses. 7 And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy, 8 Whose kingdom spreads over the heavens and the earth. God is witness over everything. 9 Surely (as for) those who persecute the believing men and the believing women, then do not repent, they shall have the chastisement of hell, and they shall have the chastisement of burning. 10 (But) for those who believe and do good works, for them there are Gardens underneath which rivers flow that is the Great Victory! 11 Verily the grip of thine Lord is severe. 12 He it is Who creates for the first time and He it is Who will create again, 13 And He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate, 14 Lord of the Throne, the All-glorious, 15 and the Most Effective in His decision. 16 Has not there come to you the story of the hosts, 17 of Pharaoh, and of [the tribe of] Thamud? 18 In fact the disbelievers are in denial. 19 And Allah encompasses them from behind! (i.e. all their deeds are within His Knowledge, and He will requite them for their deeds). 20 Aye! it is a Recitation glorious, 21 (Inscribed) in a Tablet Preserved! 22
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
