Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The tree of Zaqqum will indeed be 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 Like molten copper boiling in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 As to the Righteous (they will be) in a position of Security, 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 So; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes. 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
