The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 Who determines and directs, 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 and then made it into a blackish straw. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 To happiness [in the life to come] will indeed attain he who attains to purity [in this world,] 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 Nay, you prefer the life of this world; 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
