The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
