The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
