Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
