Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 Which had broken your back? 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
