Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
