The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
