The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

Almighty God's Truth.
