The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 Then those that make raids at morn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
