The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
