The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

The Calamity! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 What shall let you know what the Clatterer is! 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11
