The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
