The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 What shall let you know what the Clatterer is! 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 A blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
